Mark Lawrence C. Badayos

Before establishing the Firm, Mark Lawrence was Senior Legal Counsel at a Philippine renewable energy conglomerate. His work covered general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance, capital markets, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and real estate transactions. He also managed the conglomerate’s litigation portfolio.

Earlier in his career he was an Associate at Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc & De Los Angeles, working in litigation, arbitration, general corporate law, project development and finance, labor, and real estate.

He is a faculty member at the University of San Carlos, where he teaches Constitutional Law.

Mark Lawrence placed third in the 2018 Philippine Bar Examination and was admitted to the Bar in 2019. He earned his Juris Doctor, with a minor in Litigation and Advocacy, from the University of San Carlos, graduating among the top ten students of his class.

In law school he won a national debate title, ANC Square Off Season 13, and two world moot court titles, the 2016 Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and the 2018 Price Media Law Moot Court Competition. He received awards for legal writing and oral advocacy in those competitions.
